We want you to be completely satisfied with your new device; if not, you can return your hardware within 14 days of purchase provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless as your connection with our network.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your My Vodafone account or visit our online returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Securely pack the device along with all original accessories, manuals, and promotional items into the original box to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or a local Vodafone retail store.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
