Rebuilt for comfort, AirPods 4 have been redesigned for exceptional all-day comfort and greater stability. With a refined contour, shorter stem, and quick-press controls for music or calls.

Personalised spatial audio, personalised spatial audio with dynamic head tracking places sound all around you, creating a cinema-like listening experience for music, tv shows, movies, games and more (2).

Improved sound and call quality. AirPods 4 feature the apple-designed h2 chip. Voice isolation improves the quality of phone calls in loud conditions (1).

Using advanced computational audio, it reduces background noise while isolating and clarifying the sound of your voice for whoever you’re speaking to. 
Magical experience, just say “Siri” or “Hey Siri” to play a song, make a call or check your schedule (3).

With Siri interactions (1), now you can respond to Siri by simply nodding your head yes or shaking your head no (1).

Pair AirPods 4 by simply placing them near your device and tapping connect on your screen. 

Easily share a song or show between two sets of airpods. A skin-detecting sensor knows to play audio only when you’re wearing AirPods and pauses when you take them off. 

And you can track down your AirPods and charging case with the find my app.

Long battery life, get up to 5 hours of listening time on a single charge.6 and get up to 30 hours of total listening time using the case.

Redesigned case, the charging case comes with USB-C charging capabilities and is more than 10 per cent smaller by volume than the previous generation.

Dust, sweat and water resistant, AirPods 4 and the charging case are rated ip54 dust, sweat and water resistant, so they’ll withstand rain and heavy workouts.

Legal

1. Available on compatible devices with iOS 18, iPadOS 18 or MacOS Sequoia and later when paired with AirPods 4, AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation or AirPods pro 2 with the latest firmware.

2. Spatial audio works with compatible content in supported apps. iPhone with true depth camera required to create personalised profile. 

3. Siri and activating with just “Siri” may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. 

Compatible device and internet access required. 

Mobile data charges may apply. Activating with just “Siri” is not available on AirPods with the h1 headphone chip and intel-based mac computers. 

Devices must support and have the latest operating system software.

Volume was set to 50% and spatial audio was off. Testing consisted of full AirPods battery discharge while playing audio until the first AirPod stopped playback.

The drained AirPods were charged to 100 per cent, then audio playback was resumed until the first AirPods stopped playback.

This cycle was repeated until both the AirPods and charging case were fully discharged. Battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage and many other factors. 

8. Charging requires a compatible USB-C charger.

9. AirPods 4 are dust, sweat and water resistant for non-water sports and exercise. Products including charging case were tested under controlled laboratory conditions and have a rating of ip54 under IEC standard 60529.
